Bridge design competition (BDC) is an annual international competition organized by NTU school of civil and environmental engineering (CEE) that allows students to gain hands-on structural design experience relevant to the industry.
This year, BDC runs with the theme "bridging accessibility, enhancing sustainability, empowering possibility". As the world realises the urgency for humans to live in harmony with nature, this year, our theme will include sustainability, demanding greater problem solving skills from BDC participants.
Going ambitious, apart from our life-long participants from Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore we plan to reach out to new countries within and beyond the South East Asian region.
The entire event will be held online. It will begin around the end of February.
